Case-studies and user validation

The case studies are located in three of the countries of the project, Italy, Portugal and The Netherlands. The aim of case studies is to validate from the user point of view the lenvis platform. The objective of the case study in Italy is to demonstrate the integration between integrated air quality management in Bari and integrated health services for the city of Milan, by analysing the relationship between air pollution and health risks. The objective of the case study in Portugal is to develop an alert system for beach recreational water quality. The objective of the case study in The Netherlands is to develop citizen-oriented monitoring and forecasting of the air quality, water quantity and health risk assessment in the Province of Noord Brabant.
